Our Child Led Parents’ Event
It was wonderful to see so many families in school last week enjoying the curriculum activities and walks around the school. Almost all feedback is positive and any suggestions will be brought forward to our next child led event.

Primary pupils ART entries at Bonhoga
Pupil have been working very hard on different art forms for the exhibition that is currently running at the Bonhoga Gallery until the 3rd November. Sarah Hoseason , our art teacher at school, has done a fantastic job, showcasing the amazing work of the pupils. Thank you Sarah.
Here is what Sarah shared with us about the different projects the pupils have been involved with:
P1 and 2 made clay seals looking at shape and form.
P3 and P4 made their own warp using string. They wove the weft from sea rope, organza and yarn – lots of numeracy and recycling!
P5 – P7 – could choose from different projects. The copper wiring was cut from dumped electrical cable. The class were taught 3 bending techniques using pliers. Basket-making used dumped sea ropes. The felting was made from Shetland fleece.
