Lois created her very own Tudors and Stuarts version of snakes and ladders as part of her home learning activities. It was a hit in the P4-7 class. Well done Lois!

In primary 4-7 we had fun doing PARKOUR exercises with Isla from Active Schools.       

STEM co-ordinators Eleanor and Emma challenged P4-7 to create their own wind turbines using Lego Tech. There was a Lego Tech generator and the children could measure the speed and electricity through a monitor. Lots of engineers among us in Lunnasting!

We had a visit from STEM co-ordinators, Eleanor and Emma. They challenged P4-7 to create a contraption to remove oil for the sea. The class were given various materials to simulate animals, birds and land. In Maths this week, we have been working with different 2D shapes.

P4 – 7 were using oil pastels and blending to create amazing colours to represent each season.

P4 – 7’s listening skills were put to practise during a step-by-step tutorial, ‘Draw with Rob’ on YouTube.
