Shetland Youth Music Festival

On Tuesday, P4-7 travelled to Mareel to perform their two songs on stage in front of an audience. They did a superb job, singing wonderfully. They really did themselves proud. They also got a chance to watch the other entries. A brilliant experience. Well done to P4-7!

Tudors and Stuarts game

Lois created her very own Tudors and Stuarts version of snakes and ladders as part of her home learning activities. It was a hit in the P4-7 class. Well done Lois!

STEM challenge 2 – Wind Turbines

STEM co-ordinators Eleanor and Emma challenged P4-7 to create their own wind turbines using Lego Tech. There was a Lego Tech generator and the children could measure the speed and electricity through a monitor. Lots of engineers among us in Lunnasting!
