We have been working on our school value of Busy this week. We started off the week by getting the Redd up done at the beach across from the school and the road down to the ferry terminal. We picked up a bit of rubbish but we’re pleased that there was not too much lying around.
We had a visit from Lyndi’s piglets. One called Babe came in for a visit and enjoyed lots of attention from our class. We then enjoyed a lovely breakfast from The Healthy Living Team. We had weetabix, fruit and some toast. Everyone agreed it was delicious and would also be good anytime just for a healthy snack.
We have also been busy on times tables and really working hard learning facts for 2,5 and 10 x times. In our topic of significant people from the past we have been finding out about Neil Armstrong as well as looking at the recent Moon Mission. Busy p2-4! We have been writing up reports on the mission and the different stages of it.
