The bairns are getting a bit more settled so are spending a bit longerĀ at some areas now. Lots more working together as you can see. Catchie, den-making and a lot of outdoor play – especially with the drain pipes – has been popular.

A peerie reminder that Covid-restrictions mean that toys, games and dressing up clothes from home can’t be brought in just now. If your bairn needs a ‘transition toy’ such as a teddy or a small blanket to help them get settled this is fine, but anything else just now we have to be careful with.

We also wanted to say thanks to any parents or carers who have been giving us or the school a quick ring to let us know your child is staying home or will be in late any day. It really helps us with staffing and reduces waste in the canteen for lunches too.
