There was a lot of excitement when we realised that the teachers had been busy and turned the Home Corner into a Doctor’s Surgery!
We have been learning new words and exploring equipment and what it’s used for. We have been receptionists, doctors and patients! Poor Mrs Geddes has been very ill and was practically looking like an Egyptian Mummy as she had to have so many bandages on. Unfortunately we didn’t get any photos of her.
We are hoping to go and visit the Health Centre later this term and meet a real nurse. It will be really interesting to see the real equipment and how it is actually used, and to be able to ask lots of questions.
