We grew our own food!

This week our P34 class started their Bikeability 1 course led by Active schools.  They have started learning about different habitats.
Our hockey club got underway.  Star badges were awarded to 4 pupils and 4 pupils were recognised for their effort to make the new p5 pupils in p56 feel really welcome.
p12 have been learning through play.  P2 have been helping p1 settle in.  P2 have all got reading books and are reading with enthusiasm.  P1 have started learning their single sounds.  Doing writing, tracing, colouring, copying and using the magnetic letters.  The p12s have started learning about the senses and did a listening walk around the school.
Our p67 class are trying out some new technology for checking in using a QR code.  They use this to share how they are feeling with their teacher.  They have also designed posters about Fairtrade  following some personal research.  They were very effective.
