Local Entrepreneur Nicola Johnston, co-owner of Island Larder Ltd, came in to talk to our Higher and S5/6 N5 Business Management classes.
Nicola and her Husband Magnus bought over The Shetland Fudge Company in August 2014 to achieve their dream of owning a successful business. They have achieved so much since then including the rebranding of the business to Island Larder Ltd.
Nicola spoke passionately about their business, the successes and challenges they have faced over the years and the plans they have going forward.
