I baked some chocolate fork biscuits and stuck them together with chocolate cream for Burravoe Development Group to raise money .Other people baked for the Burravoe Development Group too . Lucy went to the farmers market in Scalloway to sell them . I didn’t go because I would of got bored if I did go . Lucy brought home some stuff for Me aswell as her she brought me home some strawberry flavoured million sweetes.

I went to Aberdeen to watch the premiere of our film. I went on the Northlink there. We walked to the college and waited a while, then we went into a theatre to watch the film. The film was good and well made. It is called Fashion Victim. I got a certificate with my name on it and a photo shoot with professional photographers.

On Saturday I helped at the hall sale there was a bottle stall, raffle and guess the weight of the jumper. I helped deliver the things to people they had bought from the auction sale. It was fun!

The police came to Burravoe School to talk about drugs and what the drug dogs do. They talked about where they take them to sniff out drugs. They had brought a dog to school. We are not allowed to take our dogs into school but if it was a police dog then they were allowed to bring the dog in. The dog was called Blade. We got to stroke Blade.He was very gentle.

Yesterday I went to a Farmers market to raise money for the Burravoe Development Group with Elsie (the school cook), Helen and Anne (my aunty). The farmers market was in Scalloway, to get to Scalloway we had to go over the ferry and drive towards Lerwick, on the way to Lerwick there is a road which you have to drive along and then you will get to Scalloway. There was quite a lot of people that came to our stall, once the market was over we packed up and drove back to the ferry. On the ferry Helen and Anne counted the money and I added it up and we made about £160.

On the 20th of March we went to the Clickamin to play at the Music Festival. Sonia took us in a bus. We had to catch a ferry or we couldn’t get off the island. On the ferry we saw Kerry and Lucy’s dad and Abby’s Mum. We had to sign a survey sheet because they wanted to know how many people travel using their ferry. All of our school had to sign them even the teachers. Once we got off the ferry we traveled to Lerwick. We sang Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah. We got silver for our song.

On Friday we made sewed pictures for mothers day . We had to sew are shapes together and then to are chosen felt . It was very hard work and it took a very long time. Mine was red and blue and it was made of squares and I put it on a nice blue colour. Everybody got them finished in time . P5 and up made hexagons and P4 to P3 made squares. P3 and up made pictures and P2 and down made book marks.I think everybody Enjoyed themselfs . It was very hard work and it took a very long time. .Here is a picture of my-one.

We had people coming to see what we were doing on Tuesday. They were the Commission for Delivery of Rural Education. We went in to groups to give them a tour of the whole school. My group was Lucy, Pheobe and Me. We gave the Sheriff and the lady the tour. They came to talk with us about what we learn at school. We showed them all of the work we have done on the wall and we told them about our teachers. At the end the parents came to a meeting at the school with them. They were very nice and they asked alot of questions about what we showed them on our walls. We got a sticker after because we did such a good job. I stayed at school with Phoebe while the meeting was going on. One of people that came sent a nice e-mail to Ms Breyley about how good we all are and how well we all are doing with our work. Miss Anderson was here to help instead of Wednesday. On Tuesday in the middle of it then we made a class picture of the famous painting Mona Lisa. Abby, Bradley, Melissa and leah were off ill

At the Burravoe hall Phoebe had a party.We played some new party games I had not played before they were called Giants,Wizards and Elfs and pot of gold.After We got food We got mini sausages,smoked sausage,pizza and pineapple.We played pass-the-parcel and I won mini play-doh with cutters I liked it.
