Pecky, our Vorwerk cockerel, had got a bit too big for us to keep and was a bit noisy for our neighbours! Claire, who keeps lots of chickens, has 4 Vorwerk hens so she was really happy to give Pecky a new home. So that Chirpy, who is a Colombian Blacktail, won’t be lonely Jennifer gave us one of her Welsummer hens to keep her company. We have called the new hen Barbara.
