At trampolining on Thursday I learned how to do a back-drop to front-drop. I first did a back drop and then my coach pushed the mat under me when I went into the front-drop. I asked if I could go in the later group because I had a fiddle lesson. I think I am going to enter the trampolining competition this year in Yell. My routine is: half twist, straddle, swivel-hips half twist to feet, pike, back-drop half twist to feet, tuck full twist.
