How the Vikings believe the world started

They believed that in the north was ice
and in the south was fire. When the ice got near the fire it melted and two
creatures emerged a Frost giant and a giant cow. When the frost giant sweated more giants and
giantesses formed. One day the giant cow found a human called Buri, and he had
a son called Bor. Bor had three sons called Odin, Vili and Ve who became the first
three gods.
