Welcome to Primary 2!

 

 

 

 

 

We are a lively class of 27- 12 brilliant boys and 15 fabby girls.  Our class teacher is Miss Moir and we are super lucky have support from Mrs Kennedy throughout the week.

Primary 2 is already off to a brilliant start. We’ve enjoyed settling in, getting to know one another, and making early memories- including our first MADD Monday, where we got super creative with lots of exciting art activities.

We love to stay active in our learning, using hands‑on tasks, songs and games to bring literacy and numeracy to life.

Our first topic is ‘It’s a Bug’s Life’, where we’ve been exploring what makes a bug a bug, and learning about living and non‑living things. We’ll be heading outdoors often to investigate, explore and discover.

Play continues to be a big part of Primary 2. Every day, we lead our learning through play- building independence, creativity, communication and social skills.

We have a wonderful year ahead and we know our P2 team will make it a fabulous one.
