Rights Respecting School Award – Silver (May 2025)

We are proud to share that our school has been awarded the Silver Rights Respecting School Award by UNICEF! This achievement recognises our ongoing commitment to embedding children’s rights at the heart of our school’s ethos, relationships, and curriculum.

A special thank you goes to Miss Cain (Kirkmichael PS), whose dedication and hard work have been instrumental in reaching this milestone.

We’re excited to now begin our journey towards achieving the Gold Award, and we look forward to continuing to work together as a school community to promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for every child.
