Location and Catchment

St Ninian’s Primary is located within the seaside town of Prestwick on the south, west coast of Scotland. Prestwick is a typical West of Scotland residential and holiday town and is situated in the heart of Robert Burns country and has a busy airport on its doorstep. There are many of historical interest in Prestwick such as Bruce’s Well and the Salt Pans.

Prestwick was the venue for the first Open Championship and there are several courses in the local area. Being located on the coast it is worth taking a walk along the sandy beaches and seeing the sun setting over the Isle of Arran.
