We are learning about our child rights.
Article of the Month
Article 5 of the UNCRC
says that the direction and guidance parents give their children should reflect the evolving capacities of each child. When a child is younger, they will need more protection, as they may be more likely to make choices without considering or understanding the consequences.

We are learning that all children are born with rights (They are inherent) It does not matter where we live (they are universal) and we have them all not some of them (they are indivisible.) All children have rights no mater what. (They are unconditional)
Sadly not all children enjoy all of their rights and we think that is unfair. We plan to learn about our rights and help others to enjoy theirs.
Catholic Education Week
16th November – 30th November 2023
THE THEME FOR 2023/2024
“Pilgrims of Faith”
“The beauty of the Christian faith lies not in its theological explanations but in the lives of people who dedicate themselves to prayer, charity and sharing the Gospel..Be discoverers of beauty, seekers of the treasures of faith…because faith cannot remain a memory of the past, something ‘museum-like.’ No, it always lives again in the joy of the Gospel, in the community made up of people, in the assembly of those who experience mercy and recognize themselves as brothers and sisters loved by God by grace…
Always remember: the witness of life communicates the beauty of faith,”
Pope Francis
