We value pupil voice at Dundonald Primary School. This year our children are involved in a number of leadership opportunities and groups. These include:
- Rights Respecting Pupil Council
- P7 House and Vice Captains (elected by the pupils each new term)
- Novel Narrators – Reading Leadership Group
- Class Roles and Responsibilities (for example, Group Leaders, Resource Managers, Class Messengers within in each)
- P6 and P7 Buddies
- Reading Buddies

Currently, our P6 and P7 pupils are leading projects in school to help improve our sustainability. Through class presentations, assemblies and awareness raising campaigns, they are encouraging everyone to reduce their use of electricity; reduce their use of single use plastics and to reduce car journeys.
