Our Journey
In May 2014, we achieved the Gold Award for DFS. In session 2019-2020 South Ayrshire Council have launched the Dyslexia and Inclusive Practice Award. Miss Stones is leading this area and will be forming a pupil group in the near future.
Dyslexic Inclusive Policies
The staff DfS working group have revised the school’s marking and homework policy to ensure they are dyslexia friendly. These have been shared at the DfS parental workshop that was held in September and can be downloaded by clicking on the logos below. Further workshops will be provided throughout the session to help you learn how to support your child.
