It has become a tradition in our school at Easter time for children to bring an Easter Egg to school on the day we close for Easter. These eggs are then distributed by Co-operative Funeral Care to less fortunate children in our area. We hope to continue this and I ask that each child bring a small Easter Egg in for our Easter Service on 24 March 2016.

Sports Relief
This morning the Assessment and Development Class participated in a walk around the school in aid of Sports Relief!
We all had a great morning and the primary 6 children were great ‘buddies’!
After our run we were all very tired!!
Sports Relief – Assessment and Development Class
Just a reminder that the children should wear sports clothes tomorrow as we will be participating in a run around the school in aid of sports relief! Fingers crossed for a dry day!
Fine Motor Skills
In the Assessment and Development Class we have been doing lots of hard work. Look at our fantastic work!
Easter
The Assessment and Development Class have been learning all about Easter! We have a beautiful display table in our classroom.
Mad March Sports Event!
On Tuesday 15th March the Assessment and Development Class went on a trip to Gleniffer High School to participate in the ‘Mad March’ sports event! This event was run by the young ambassadors and we all had a FANTASTIC morning! We took part in playground games, parachute games and dance. Look at us having fun!
Make Up Artist Visit
During World of Work Week, Primary 1 had a visit from Beth who works as a make up artist. She talked about the skills she needs to do her job and she showed the pupils come of the equipment she uses. Beth has sent in a few pictures of her fantastic work!

Primary 5 have been learning to play netball over the past few months with Miss Loughlin and today they had a fun competition to put all their skills into practise. Many goals were scored by all the teams and there are definitely some netball stars of the future in Primary 5!
