The Pupil Council consists of two pupil representatives from each class at P1-P7. Once a month, the council meets with Mrs Brown to discuss issues raised by the pupils at Thorn Primary School.

Every year the school makes an Improvement Plan for the next session. The Pupil Council talked to all pupils in the school to get their ideas. The Pupil Council then wrote an Improvement Plan for this year. A copy is below.
