Sports Day Update

The weather forecast is not great for either Wednesday or Thursday this week. As Thursday appears to be worse than Wednesday, sports day will go ahead as best as possible tomorrow.  Some alterations may need to be made during the day if the weather becomes very bad.

Please come prepared with waterproof clothing. The temperature also looks low so a jumper or sweatshirt may also be required.

If you are taking your child out of school at lunchtime they will be dismissed by their class teacher from the usual exit door, not from the school office.

Sports Day

Sports Day is on Wednesday 29th May.

The P2 races will begin in the ROF field at 11am and finish at 12pm.

We are in need of two parent helpers to assist us in walking over to the field from the school.

If you can help can you please let me know as soon as possible.

Thanks

Miss Grant

Bake Sale

Apologies, I forgot to remind the children today that we will be going to the P1 Bake Sale tomorrow morning.

If you are happy for your child to buy something at the bake sale please provide them with some money.  We are going before morning interval, so they could buy something for their snack.

Many thanks,

Miss Grant

Packaging Plea

Next week Primary 2 are going to be learning all about healthy and unhealthy food choices.

We would really appreciate it if, as you finish different types of foods, that you send the empty packaging into school for the children to explore and sort.

Sports Day – Wednesday 29th May 2019

We will be continuing with the format set from last year. The event will be split into different groups and take place within the School playground, the ROF fields, and the gym hall.
