Our RME curriculum is designed to:

  • Prepare pupils to be responsible citizens in a diverse society

At Fordbank, we learn about different beliefs and how to be kind and respectful. We learn about different religions, talk about what is right and wrong which is linked to our health and wellbeing curriculum, share our ideas and listen to others and celebrate differences. Celebrations and world religions are often highlighted at and are a focus during our weekly whole school assembly as well as being promoted to the wider school by our RNRA pupil committee.
