Ambition is about believing in ourselves, building skills for learning, life, and work, and being willing to work hard. We set high expectations, face challenges with a positive attitude, and keep going even when things feel difficult. By supporting each other to aim high and celebrate progress, we help every child grow, succeed, and feel proud of what they can achieve.

 

Fairness – Everyone gets the help that they need.
Fairness means recognising that people are different and may need different types of support to succeed. We include everyone, listen to each other’s needs, and make sure everyone has the opportunity to learn and thrive.
