What a beautiful day we had to release our brown trout into the River Gryffe!
We have been looking after the fish eggs and hatched alevin for 5 weeks now. We had to keep the water cold by putting in ice bottles.
After a few mishaps and a few extra donated fish we had plenty to go and release into the Gryffe.
We learned loads from Lesley the scientist from the Clyde River Foundation and it has been an interesting journey.
