Addition with Carrying

This video takes you through the various stages of adding in columns.  Please note that there are a variety of places that the ten can be placed when carrying.  We currently teach children to put it above the line.  In the first example of carrying a ten the teacher places it below the line – we would put it above in the box with the number 3.
