In order to support children with personal achievement, children need to know themselves well and be able to identify their skills and talents. At Arkleston we use the language of character strengths to help children articulate this.
We created a grid that all children should have a copy of and can use to identify the strengths used prior to an activity at the planning stage or after an activity at the reflection stage.
