Learning Journals & ParentsPortal

Our school is now using ParentsPortal. This is where Parents Evening slots are booked and your child's personal details are updated. Meaning no more paper work at the start of every school year.
In order to register, first you will need a MyPKC account if you do not already have one. Here is the link for how to create a MyPKC account https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkQmC3_6GT4. In order to link to your child, the data you provide during the sign-up process must match the most up-to-date data that your child's school holds.
Once you have a MyPKC account, please visit parentsportal.scot to register. Here is a very useful quick video of how to get yourself set up for ParentsPortal https://youtu.be/aebCX39w_lw. You will first create a link to your child and then, after the school has confirmed this link, you will have access to the wider services of the portal mentioned above.
ParentPay
Ask the School Office for your ParentPay log in details if you have not received them after the first 48hours of starting School . Once logged in you will be able to pay for lunches, give permissions for excursions and pay for trips.

School Houses

Every pupil in school is assigned a house, this gives us a sense of teamwork and achievement throughout the year. We have recently changed our house names after a whole school vote and can now announce that our new house names are Earn, Ruchill and Lednock. These rivers were chosen as they connect together and join up in our village creating the river Earn.
After School Clubs
We are so lucky to have parents/staff and volunteers in our school who take time out of their day to run after school clubs. Currently we have:
- Netball and boys football on Monday.
- Girls Football on Tuesday.
- Bike club on Wednesday.
- Comic Club on Thursday.
Please get in touch with the school office if you would like to know more about any of our clubs. At the moment we have no after school wrap around care available.
