P1/2/3 did a number of activities last week for World Book Week.
They dressed up as their favourite character, they were involved in a book swap, read stories to the Nursery, discussed book covers, learned about Jill Murphy and read lots of books!
 Thank you to all the Mums and helpers who came in and read to the children too.
We have just started multiplication.
We used cubes to see the difference between 3 lots of 10 and 10 lots of 3 etc.

P1/2/3 had their first taste of forest schools this week.We learned how to keep safe in the forest, looked at different fungi and made little boats to see if they would float or not.

The next day we tested all the boats we had made to see if they would float. This is because the stream was too shallow up in the woods.
