P2 painted symmetrical pictures, while P3 made ones on the computer. They then showed the P2’s how to do these.
The children have really enjoyed this website to practice making symmetrical pictures.

Holly was skiing last week in France. She showed us this week her gold award for skiing.

P2/3 learned about hand washing. We were able to use a special machine that shows if you are washing your hands properly.
First you put special cream on your hands. Next we had to go and wash our hands. When we thought we had washed our hands properly, we put our hands under the ultraviolet light. The parts on your hands that showed up very white, were the parts of your hands you had missed washing. Katie and James were particularly surprised how much white they could see on their hands!
Carly was absolutely fantastic spinning a hula hoop around her waist!
She was the only one in our class, who could do it properly. The rest of us need to practice a lot more!
