Well done to all the children who took part in our annual Spelling Bee Competition who earned points for their house. Congratulations to all our winners!
On Friday 27th.September, the school held its annual House Football Tournament where the children could have a fabulous time playing football and earn points for their House.
In the end Orchil won the Junior competition and Keirallan won the Senior competition.
Well done to all the children who took part!
Thank you to Mr Lee who arranged the tournament again.
Once again we had a number of events for everyone to enjoy.
These included the Christmas dinner, the trip to the Pantomime, The Nativity, The Christmas Quiz, The Christmas Party and finally the Christmas Service.
Thank you to everyone who helped out, contributed and came along to the different events!
On the last day of term we held our popular House Football Tournament.
All the children who entered earned points for their House. The tournament was split into upper and lower school teams. The rest of the children cheered on their House.
The winning team will be announced in the new term.
A big thank you to Mr Lee, who organised the tournament, and to Mr Mckenzie, who had the unenviable job of referee!
Today all the children were put into their houses.
After we had done this, there was a whole school Dance Off, where the children won points from the teachers, for their houses, by dancing with super moves!
All houses earned a lot of points, but the winners were Allandale.
Congratulations to all children who earned points for their Houses and especially to those children, who danced even though it is not their favourite thing to do!
We were joined by Robyn from I Bike who arranged a super morning of activities for the children.
The children from P1-7 went around three stations. Here they learned how to repair a puncture, name the parts of the bike and how to make a delicious smoothie by cycling a bike!
Thanks Robyn for a super morning and thank you Bike Crew for helping at the stations!
The children were divided into their Houses. First they all took part in a circuit of different activities, where they were winning points for their House.
Next of all each class took part in a running race, a potato and spoon race and a sack race. At the end there was a House Relay race. All points will go towards the House Cup which the children will find the result of at our Celebration and Achievement Evening.
Thank you to everyone who helped out and supported the day.
