Today we used ‘How to Draw’ on YouTube to make a Christmas Card for the class. We are going to colour them in tomorrow. I’ll upload the finished cards tomorrow so you can see them!

Yesterday we made our reindeer antlers for our Reindeer Dash for CHAS. This morning we put them on and dashed round the school.

Today we worked together with our partner to make our penguin pictures.

Can you please check to see if your child has lifted a green V-neck jumper from Asda – aged 5 to 6.

Some of us worked with Mrs Watson and wrote some dictated sentences. Look how clever we are.

Today we sequenced the story of the First Christmas then retold it using our our own words.

Our class song for the school Christmas video this year is ‘Silent Night‘. As we aren’t allowed to sing using our voices, we have been learning how to sing it using British Sign Language. Here is a link to the video we have been using in class if you want to practise at home:

This Friday (11th December) we have a busy day in school. It is our Christmas Jumper Day and also our Christmas Lunch. Children are invited to wear a Christmas jumper to school.

We will also be taking part in a ‘Reindeer Dash‘ around the school in aid of CHAS on Friday. The school will mke a donation on behalf of the children taking part.

Today we wrote a recount of our Cool Class Cup treat yesterday. Some of us wrote our recount along with Miss Murray and some of us wrote ours all on our own. Miss Murray was so proud of us all.

Today we had our Cool Class Cup treat. We watched a movie in the hall with popcorn and juice! It was brilliant.
