You all worked so hard last week in class.

Please spend some time at home this week reading the book I have allocated you on your Active Learn account. If you try and read a little bit of the book everyday then you will become more fluent by Friday!

Tuesday 23rd February

We have had another hard working day in p1/2. We even managed to dodge the rain for a wee while and get outside for a run about and a play after lunch.

We learned about Fairtrade today. I have set them all a challenge to try and spot the Fairtrade logo on any foods at home or in the shops.

A few people have been asking about P.E. – we are going to try and do some outdoor P.E. each day. There is no need for children to come to school wearing their P.E. kit – they can just participate in their uniform.

We are having a super first day back at school after our time learning from home.

Miss Murray was so happy to see everyone!

We did some maths and literacy and went outside to have some fun in the sun. It is like we have never been away!

We have had a really fun day celebrating the end of term and the beginning of the Christmas Holidays.

We made Christmas pictures, had a Christmas disco outside and watched the Woodlands Nativity. The dancing made us feel so good.
