Today, all pupils were given a hand template as part of their homework from Miss Ferguson ๐ . Please fill in 5 different adjectives to describe you, one on each finger. On the palm of the hand can be a design and or your name, using colour and anything which is about you, important to you or your likes/ hobbies/ interests. Miss ย Ferguson is looking for it to be neat, colourful and eye catching! Please return when you can ๐๐๐คฉ.

Today, P7 were using their communication skills, carefully focusing on ensuring their instructions are clear and precise and their partners ensuring theyโre listening very carefully to draw the picture described.
Today, we practised more sign language and signed a word to our partner who has to guess the word.
Well done to this girl for completing our 100 word story challenge๐ ๐ .
Today, P7 completed our fitness obstacle courses for PE. We practised jumping, sprinting, balancing and climbing. We finished with a whole class game of Chaos.
Today, P7 has a brain break out side playing Chaos tig to get some fresh air and regain our focus. We learned Fun facts about the Wonder of the World: Christ the Redeemer, in Rio, Brazil ๐ง๐ท.
Today, P7 had a new teacher who was explaining how to work out intervals on a number line to work out missing numbers.
We also had PE with our coaches today, played fun warm up games which we used our good listening skills for. We then played kick rounders and developed our team work and communication skills ๐ ๐ ย โฝ๏ธ
Today, P7 were learning about another wonder of the world; Petra in Jordan. We were taking notes on the information and then creating and designing a fun facts poster. ย ๐ฏ๐ด
Homework up until the September weekend will consist of a whole school approach and will be allocated via the main school blog.

Pupils can continue using Sumdog for Maths, Spelling & Reading, as well as Active Learn for reading their allocated book on Bug Club. Children must continue practising their tables. We have been revising our 4 times table to quicken our recall.
