This year we are celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 3rd March.

Children are welcome to come to school dressed in their pyjamas/onesie ready to enjoy some of their favourite stories.

On Thursday the kitchen are running a “Born in the USA” menu.

Options are:

Mains

Hot Dog (Red)

Chicken Burger (Yellow)

Veggie Burger (green)

All served with chips, mixed salad and a Corn on the Cob

Dessert

Artic Roll

(All meals served with diluting juice (orange or blackcurrant)

North Lanarkshire’s Council’s Mid-term break is next week. This means the school and nursery will be closed to pupils on Monday 14 , Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 February 2022.

Pupils return on Thursday 17th February.

Our Cool Class Cup winners this week are all of our primary 6s. They participated in a Holocaust memorial service and were described as fantastic ambassadors for our school who displayed exemplary behaviour – they even made it into the paper!
