This Friday Woodlands Primary School are hosting a pancake breakfast as part of our Fairtrade Fortnight activities.  All profits from this will go to support Fairtrade projects across the globe.

Today is the first day of Fairtrade fortnight.

The Fairtrade tuck shop has started and will run everyday for the next two weeks.

Don’t forget about the delicious pancake breakfast on Friday – Mr McMullan is going to share his secret pancake recipe with the school – it’s the best pancakes in all the West (of Scotland)

Can Primary 1/2 please bring their homework jotters to Mr Green on Monday.

Well done to all the classes taking part in the Woodlands to West Africa walking challenge. So far we have completed over 14000 laps of the school.  This means together we have walked over 2800 miles!  Primary 5 are currently in the lead with Primary 3 close behind!

Woodlands Primary School have been successful in our application for a Tesco bags of help grant!

This means we will get at least £1,000 towards outdoor equipment. second place gets £2,000 and the winning project gets £5,000!

Our project will be in stores between 1st March and 29th April.
