Information packs will be issued to children this week. These packs will include the annual data checks, photo permission letters, school trip consent letters,  our latest newsletter & an annual calendar.

Annual data checks – these forms keep your child’s record up-to-date & provide us with important information like contact telephone numbers. Please check the information on the form, make any changes & then date & sign the form before returning to school.

Photo permission letters- please remember to return this to school. Once these forms are returned Class Blogs & Twitter will resume 🙂

School trip consent – these forms are used as your consent for us to take children on school outings. You will be informed of any class trips/walks through the school blog/letters.
