Careers Week Day 2

What another fantastic day of Careers Week we had today! We had visits today from a Multi-Purpose Engineer, a Train Driver, an Animal Welfare Officer and a Care Home Manager. Children had a great time speaking with these professionals and finding all about their careers. One thing I have noticed is the high quality of the questions that pupils of all ages are asking our visitors.

Children in P1 to P7 heard all about being a Multi-Purpose Engineer from Jim, P1, P1/2, P2 and P3 had a talk from Emma , a train driver, P5 to P7 learned all about being a Care Home Manager from Roger and P1, P1/2, P2 and P3 had a visit from Fiona, an Animal Welfare Officer.

To find out more about these visits please visit each class’ blog page.

Thanks so much to Jim, Emma, Fiona and Roger for giving up their time free of charge to speak to and inspire our children!
