1. Complete the questions using the blank ‘task 1’ word document.
2. Make your own ‘hand of 5’ revision resource. I have attached an exemplar and instructions are provided on slide 9 of the PPT to help you complete the task.
3. Look at some food labels you have lying around your house and see if you can identify if that product is high in fat – display your findings in the table.
