S3 Chemistry

Hi everyone, we hope you have all being getting on well with the start of the Acids and Bases topic. Well done to all of you who have managed to complete the quiz – some great marks awarded! Please make sure you are asking your teacher for help if you are struggling with anything and also send us photos of the work you have completed so far.

The next weeks work has been added to Teams so please make sure you log in and complete the tasks set. As it is the bank holiday weekend the quiz will be posted on Tuesday next week so please try to have the work completed before then. As always if you have any questions just make sure you ask!

S1 & S2 Science Task

This week we are asking you to complete a research task on endangered species. As the holiday weekend is coming up we are allocating 2 weeks for this task. There are 5 tasks to be completed which include watching a short video clip, a probelm solving exercise and research. There is a PDF with instructions on both Teams and Edmodo. Remember just ask if you need any help.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you’re all well and staying safe!  The quiz for this fortnight’s work on acids is now on the Glow Teams page. Hopefully you’re getting on fine with the work and maybe even managed to make your own indicator! Remember to send us photographs of your work. The quiz is to be submitted by next Monday, so there’s plenty of time!

STEM live streamed activities

A date for the diary!! On the 7th May STEM ambassadors will be presenting a day of live streamed activities for students at home. Half hour sessions covering a range of topics to engage and enthuse.
