Hi Everyone,

Hope you’re all well and staying safe!  The quiz for this fortnight’s work on acids is now on the Glow Teams page. Hopefully you’re getting on fine with the work and maybe even managed to make your own indicator! Remember to send us photographs of your work. The quiz is to be submitted by next Monday, so there’s plenty of time!

There has been a Natural Selection and Speciation quiz added to Microsoft Teams.

Please submit your Quiz answers by Friday 15th May. All of the questions relate back to the work you did last week. Good luck!t

S1 & S2 Science

We hope you and your families are all well. This week we are asking you to complete a research task on a famous woman scientist. As the holiday weekend is coming up we are allocating 2 weeks for this task. We are looking forward to seeing lots of informative power points or posters. Why not present it to someone at home? Get them to video you. Remember clear, loud voices and eye to eye contact, you can do it!! There is a power point and PDF with instructions on both Teams and Edmodo. Remember just ask if you need any help. Enjoy. 🌈🌈

S3 Chemistry

Hi everyone! We do have a holiday weekend coming up so this work is for the next two weeks. We’re going to start thinking about Acids and Alkalis. Some of you might have already started this in class before lockdown. You have three tasks to do on the powerpoint which can be found on Edmodo and Teams. It involves watching some videos, making flashcards and making your own indicator if you can. The quiz will be put up at the end of next week instead of this week. Any questions just get in touch and remember to post us photos – we can’t wait to see them!

2) Complete the ‘Natural Selection and Speciation’ tasks posted on Teams and Edmodo.

Remember if you need any help, just ask.
