Our Mini Vinnies shared a selection of preloved Hallowe’en costumes with the Nursery pupils, that had been donated earlier in the week. We were pleased to hear that every last one was snapped up, and hope they help bring happiness and fun to the Nursery families!

A massive vote of thanks to our Mini Vinnie volunteers who helped out with the set up of our Annual Hallowe’en Clothing Event. We are so grateful for the huge amount of donations we had of pre-loved Hallowe’en outfits, and were pleased to see so many members of our school community grab a costume free of charge, to help with the cost of living crisis.

We came together as a school today to rehearse our hymns for First Friday Mass, and pray a Rosary as we reflected on the First Sorrowful Mystery.

Our Digital Leaders were supporting Room 6 to try out some coding and programming with the Sphero Bolts today, and discuss the difference between coding and simply controlling them.

The Science Department at Glasgow University asked us to trial a program of science lessons they created with Sci-Seedlets, based around the challenges that climate change is having on plants. After two weeks of information gathering and preparation, we set up our experiment today!
