26th May Daily Plan

Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a really nice long weekend. Well done to P1 for doing so brilliantly on the sumdog contest. We were amazing!
Today, we are using the same grid and virtual classroom as Thursday as each grid lasts two days. The Virtual Classroom is located on the class glow page on the right hand side at the documents, as usual. Remember to run it as a slide show or it will not work. Do the activities that you did not get to on Thursday.
If you need help with anything, message me either on dojo or on glow and I will help.
Have a fantastic day.

P6a Daily Plan 26.05.20

Good morning boys and girls!
I hope you all had a lovely long weekend and are all keeping well.
I have been working on something new over the past few days and have created a virtual classroom for us.

P6a Virtual classroom 26.05.20

I have put a wee video of me on and if you click on my bitmoji character you will be able to see the video. Click on the clipboard on the screen and it will take you to your Daily plan. If you click other objects it will take you to different things so let me know what you find! Let me know what you think of it and if there is anything else you would like to see, let me know!
The virtual classroom is also posted on Glow next to the Daily plans folder, if you have any trouble accessing the this on Glow let me know. As always, if you need any help with any of your tasks, send me a message and I will be there to help you.
Have a great day everyone!

Primary 4-5 – Improve the boring sentences by adding powerful verbs, adverbs and using super adjectives. I have added the activity into your class folder. Don’t forget your punctuation.

Primary 6-7 – Choose a character from the book you are reading and complete the character description powerpoint I have added into your class folder. Remember to use adjectives, adverbs, similes and metaphors.

Happy Tuesday everyone and stay safe!!

P.2 Thursday 21st May

Good morning everyone! I hope you are all well. Thank you to everyone for working hard this week and thank you to parents for encouraging this at home! It is much appreciated.

I have uploaded today’s virtual classroom, the tasks are on the whiteboard. When you click on the crucifix it may as you for log in details. This is your full Glow email and password. For example; gw17smithjohn@glow.sch.uk rather than just the name part.

There will be a live stream of Bishop Toal celebrating mass today for the Feast of the Ascension. I will post the link here for anyone who wishes to watch the mass. As a school, we would have been going to mass so it might be nice for the kids to watch, if possible.

Finally, tomorrow and Monday are holidays so no school work on those days!

Apologies for the long winded message! Have a great day and remember to check in!

Start off by logging into Glow as usual, then click on the whiteboard to get the daily grid of tasks and it will help you explore the classroom. Don’t forget to click on me and listen to my message! Enjoy! Remember to share your work with me.
