P2/3 Information Handling

Although our last full week has been very busy with Nativity, we have been working super hard and have been learning about Pictograms and Block Graphs. We used the smart board to make some graphs of our own.

Christmas Party!

We really deserved our Christmas Party fun today in P4! We’ve been working so hard on our Christmas Books. Today, we wrote the final part of our story. We have now become very good indeed at using adjectives, direct speech, alliteration and onomatopoeic words in our writing! Keep posted for our finished books!

And here are today’s party pics…

We played ‘Pin the Nose on Rudolph’ and even Mrs McLean got involved..!

A huge thanks to all of the parents who so generously gave in treats for sharing at the party. We had more than enough and we’ve lots left over for our next big treat – Movie Duvet Day!!

Secret Santa Time in Pr7

Excitement was building today in primary 7 as it was time to open our secret Santa gifts! We sat round the tree, listened to our favourite Christmas tunes and handed out our carefully chosen gifts to each other!

“Best fun ever!”       “Thank you!”

“I love it!”           “Best present ever!”

Lots of lovely comments were made. A brilliant way to celebrate Christmas pr7.
