Welcome to Primary 6b!

We have had a great first few weeks back at school. We are already raring to go and hard at work! We have had a jam packed few weeks, in which, we attended mass in our first week back and also, for St. Bartholomew’s Day.

We have began learning about our topic on the Scottish Parliament and in maths we have been learning about the order of operations.
In STEM this week we have been creating our own houses/shelters with the challenge that they have to withstand a storm. Our models lasted well against our own man-made storm for which we used a hair dryer. Here are our models.

Furthermore, we have absolutely loved our paired reading time with primary three. Now that we are in primary six we will have the responsibility of reading with the younger children each week to encourage and be role models to them, how exciting!

Lastly, we are super proud of all of our pupils of the week so far. Well done to you all!
