This week, we have been studying information handling. As part of this topic, we went on a tour of the school to see what information we could find posted on the walls.
First, we found some signs pointing out where the fire exits were. We thought that this must have been helpful for new visitors to the school.
After that, we went to the oratory. We found two posters on the oratory door. The first poster told us at what time the prayer service were on at every week. The second poster was a timetable, telling us when each class would take responsibility for taking the prayer services.
Finally, we visited… THE STAFFROOM! In this room, we found
– a guide telling you how to use the oven safely
– some rules for keeping the staffroom tidy
– timetables telling you when the hall, ICT room and the library were being used
Information can be found all around us!
