Our transition programme from nursery to primary begins shortly after all the new Primary 1 children have been registered. The programme consists of weekly visits to the Primary 1 classrooms and playroom, detailed discussion between the nursery staff and school staff for the next session and the development of a Primary 2 chum and P7 buddy programme.  A joint transition topic, induction days and parental workshops all help to ensure a smooth transition across the early level.
