Yesterday, Primary 1 and Primary 1/2 visited the care home. The boys and girls wore their Easter bonnets and sang their Easter song to all the residents. The children put on a great performance and the audience loved it! Thank you to Carrickstone Care Home for allowing us to visit.

Primary 1 said a big goodbye and thank you to Miss Moir. She has been here for the last 12 weeks and the boys and girls have thoroughly enjoyed having Miss Moir work with us in class. Good luck for the future, we wish her all the best!

Primary 1 enjoyed learning all about St. Patrick and taking part in the art activity led by the P7’s.
Congratulations to our P7 teams. 1st and 3rd place at the Maths Challenge at OLHS!

On Monday, the Living Eggs were delivered to the infant area.

This morning we all got a big surprise when we saw 7 chicks had hatched! We then got to watch another chick hatch during the day, it was very exciting. Can you spot the last chick to hatch? Another chick is looking after it.

Tomorrow is International School Meals Day (09/03/2017). On the menu in school there will be chicken curry and beef or quorn chilli wraps.
