P7/6 have enjoyed reading the novel The Boy at the Back of the Classroom and finding out more about the experiences of refugees. This inspired us to create some art work to display.

Primary 5 learning about their mental health and how fresh air can help us to feel better. We took the opportunity to go outdoors and play some of our favourite games with our friends.

We listened to the story of the Good Samaritan in P1 and made puppets to retell the story. We loved retelling the story to our friends and are becoming confident performers.

P6 showed some great skills to complete their Bikeability 1 training. Well done everyone.

Our school and nursery representatives from Sikeside Primary, Sikeside Nursery and Carnbroe Primary had the chance to visit the site of the new school campus. When we were there we took part in the Turf Cutting Ceremony. We had a great time finding out more about the new school and can’t wait to see it when it’s finished.
