Forest Kindergarten

Over the last two months all of our children have had the opportunity to take part in the Forest Kindergarten . The children and parents joined the staff to explore the local woods and take part in a range of outdoor activities. The groups had a great time building shelters , playing in the hammocks and taking part in a tug of war challenge. We look forward to visiting the forest again later in the year.

Mini Movers

During the month of November the children in the Nursery have been finding out about staying healthy with the Mini Movers team. We have had a great fun developing our football skills and dance moves. A big thank you to all of the parents who came along to our Mini Movers graduation day.

Mental Agility P3/4

P3/4 love to take part in Mental Agility sessions. We work out the answers to sums and problems, then talk about our thinking with our classmates. This helps us improve our maths.

P3/4 Showcase

P3/4’s showcase was all about the life and work of Nick Sharratt. Our parents came along to watch us perform and then they visited us in class to see our classroom display and hard work about Nick Sharratt and Scottish Castles. Thank you.

September in our Nursery.

It’s great to be back at nursery with all of our friends.

We have had a great time learning about our nursery, friendships and keeping healthy.

The vegetables that we planted earlier in the year have grown and are ready to eat. Some of the boys and girls have had great fun picking the tasty carrots, beetroot and onions.
