Kilbowie day 1!

We have only been in kilbowie for a few hours yet all the children have had so much fun already! They’re now all kitted out and sorted with waterproofs for the next few days activities. We have arrived safe and well in Kilbowie. Children are all now enjoying a much needed lunch before the fun begins!

Halloween Party P1-3

The children had a great time at the Halloween parties organised by the Parent Council.  Primary 1-3 looked fabulous and enjoyed parading, playing party games and dancing. The winning costumes were two purple minions and a mummy!

Harvest Assembly

On the 9th of October Plains Primary had a Harvest assembly. Weeks before the Harvest assembly we were asked to bring in food for Plains food bank. P6/7 Light Workshop

Primary 6/7 had a very enjoyable and informative trip this week to Summerlee to take part in a light workshop. They were able to investigate light by carrying out a number of experiments and learned a lot from artist, Kenny Bean, about how light is made and manipulated.
